FlipFold helping people on the Autism Spectrum

When I invented FlipFold over 10 years ago, my main goal was to get my girls to fold their laundry. We never dreamed of all the people FlipFold would help along the way. And, we are always so grateful when they share their stories with us.

In her latest guest blog on The Friendship Circle, Brenda Kosky Deskin suggests some chores that may work well for children with Autism and other special needs, as well as describing how some typical household tasks can be easily modified to better accommodate each child’s unique abilities. (FlipFold is included in #2 Folding Laundry.)

We are so proud that the FlipFold is helping people with Autism to be more independent! It just goes to show... given the right tools and instruction, so many people with special needs can achieve success! Thanks to our friends at www.AutismBeacon.com for sharing this awesome use of our product!

Autism Beacon is a free website that provides Autism-related information, products & services with ease.

Thank you again to Autism Beacon for sharing!

Happy Folding!
