Dr.Payden, owner of Dr. DClutter™ Life Management provides trainings, workshops and on-site coaching for organizations/individuals to become more organized. She has been featured as an organizational expert on A&E’s hit show Hoarders.

In order to better understand the challenges her clients face, Dr.Payden practices what she calls "empathy exercises". 

• She allowed her dresser to become unruly over the course of several weeks
• She did not fold or organize any of her clothing during that time

Finally, when she couldn't fit another piece of clothing in her dresser, she employed the help of her FlipFold Adult & Junior.
